We looked at each other,
for the first time at the station,
Our eyes met,
We were already in the magical spell of love.

We met everyday,
We shared our thoughts,
We loved, cared,
Hugged, kissed,
We dreamt.

We are two,having two different minds,
Different passions to be fulfilled,
Different views on different things,
Different needs and different necessities.
Yet , we are one.

We promised to respect each other's feelings,
We promised to cherish our dreams,
Walk  hand- in- hand to meet our goals,
To be each other's strength,wisdom,
Stay together, at times of both
Joy and Grief.
To be responsible, to stay committed.
We Promised.

Life is a journey,
Hurdles are always on the way,
We were together, to fight them with might,
We were successful, we were committed ,
AND
Would continue to be so
As the journey of life continues.
